Vancouver St. is a two-bedroom terraced property we purchased in at the start of 2020. The refurb went smoothly and the property was ready by July of that year. The property was actually taken before marketing even kicked off as our letting agent took it himself.

Below you can see the figures for this deal; the valuation after the refurb was set before we began and we are receiving a 17% return on the capital we have left in the property.
